Patel Group began its roots as Contracting Company for Construction Work. Evolved into a Real Estate Development Company over the years. A Company committed towards trustworthy construction. The company is into Real Estate Development, which includes Green field development, Society Redevelopment, SRA Redevelopment. It also continues its foray into contracting as a profit centre by itself. Patel Group prides itself in Execution. Executing the Projects on time and ahead of time. Be it, our own Real Estate Development Projects or our clients contracting assignments, we do not waver from our core focus of Delivery on Time.
THE BEGINNING
Started by Mr. Nalin Patel in 1986. The company is founded by Mr. Nalin Patel. He arrived in Mumbai in the year 1977 with a strong will power to become something extra ordinary in his life and do some work which rewards himself & better nourishing for society. From 1986 Mr. Nalin Patel started his journey in real estate and construction business. He has completed various projects of reputed builders in Mumbai through his Group of Companies. After gaining the experience and knowledge in the field of construction industries the company has started focusing on developing and redeveloping project activity having construction as the core business.
WHERE WE'RE HEADED
Our plans include foraying into the heartland of Mumbai - Island City, and other suburbs of Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Company will continue to develop projects across the spectrum - From Affordable Housing to Luxury segment. From the periphery of MMR to the heart of Mumbai, Island City. Patel Group will also actively partner with land owners and developers to execute projects.
