MANAGING DIRECTOR

Founded by Mr. Nalin V Patel. He began construction business in the year 1986 and Real Estate Development in 2000. Known for his high values of dedicated work, commitment & quality.

SANJAY MALANI
DIRECTOR

A Civil Engineer from Pune University. Practised as Licensed Surveyor & approval specialist. Joined Patel Group since 2004. Specialises in land acquisition & projects & approvals

MANOJ PATEL
DIRECTOR

After Civil Engineering (Dip), he joined his father’s business since year 2008 and has cumulative experience in handling the construction sites. In charge of Execution of projects.

TUSHAR PATEL
DIRECTOR

After Graduation from Mumbai did his MBA in Marketing from London, joined the family business in 2011. Focuses on Purchase and Sales activities. Logistics business is his forte.
